Hi Liz
and the great people that work with you,
Liz, wanted to let you know, it
was very enjoyable as always, on ladies night. Love the bracelet, I
received as a gift and the black & white top, which fits me like a
glove, from the draw. There is always something in the fashion
show, that I have to have! Really like the tunic I purchased.
Have to say Liz, the only thing missing, was the entertainment we
get with Dianne at the mic…

My Mother-In-Law
(Joyce) asked me several weeks ago to attend a Fashion Show held
at Kingsview United Church Oshawa, held this past Sunday.
I did not know what to expect from this show. Your Commentator (M/C) was
sensational/funny and very knowledgeable. Both my Mother-In-Law and
myself enjoyed the Fashion Show so much, we are both planning on visiting your
store in Lindsay mid-November (weather permitting). The atmosphere was wonderful, the
clothes were sensational and I believe everyone was delighted with the
clothes/models.
If Kingsview United Church has a Fashion show in the Spring with Cathy Allen
Ladieswear you can count on us being there. Thank you for a very enjoyable afternoon.

A letter we received on November
2nd 2009.......
To the
owner of Cathy Allan Ladieswear
My
husband and I moved to this area nine years ago. During that time,
I have frequented your store, and have always been impressed with
your clothesline and customer service.
I write
to tell you how very appreciative I am of the stellar customer
service provided to me when i was in the Ross Memorial Hospital in
October.
Early in
September, I purchased a dress and jewellery from your store, as I
was to speak at a friend's wedding scheduled for October 24th.
Unfortunately, I fell ill in late September, and the outcome was a
23 day stay in Ross Memorial Hospital. I was still intent to
attend the wedding, and received a 12 hour hospital pass from my
doctor for October 24th wedding.
The
dilemma was due to weight loss the dress was too big, and due to
lack of strength, I would need to attend the wedding in a
wheelchair.
In an
attempt to problem solve I phoned your shop to see if there was a
smaller size of dress. After explaining my predicament, I was
assured that a staff person would come to the hospital with other
dresses in a smaller size to hopefully accommodate my situation.
On three
separate occasions, your employee, Kathy Kulbaba, came to my room.
Her attitude and demeanor was so pleasant and hopeful. She solved
the dress problem with a camisole. She presented me with
organization ideas for being in a wheelchair, and personally
shopped for a handbag suitable for my needs, along with bracelets
that helped camouflage IV bruising.
Kathy
Kulbaba also realized I did not have the strength to visit a
beautician before the wedding to have my nails done. She arranged
for Cha Cha from New Nails, to come to my hospital room to give me
a manicure and pedicure.
I am so
impressed by Kathy Kulbaba's initiative, compassion and
friendliness to ensure that I would be confident as possible for
the wedding.
Thank
you Cathy Allan Ladieswear for availing your staff to assist
hospitalized customers. A very special thanks to you Kathy Kulbaba,
for your many acts of kindness.
